The agreement covering nowaikit.com and the NowAIKit products.
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of nowaikit.com and the NowAIKit products, provided by AARTIQ Ltd. Using the site or products means you accept them.
2. Licenses
2.1 Free tier
The free tier is licensed for individual use without charge. The source repository carries its own license terms on GitHub, which govern the code itself.
2.2 Enterprise
The Enterprise plan is licensed per organization under a separate agreement covering seats, SLAs, and hosting arrangements. Licenses are not transferable outside your organization.
3. Acceptable use
- ▸Use the products only against ServiceNow instances you are authorized to access
- ▸Do not resell, sublicense, or offer the products as a competing hosted service
- ▸Do not attempt to defeat license enforcement or permission tiers
- ▸Comply with the laws that apply to you and your data
4. Your instance, your data
NowAIKit operates on your ServiceNow data under your credentials. We do not host, receive, or process that data. You are responsible for the access you grant, and for meeting your own obligations to your customers and regulators.
5. Warranty and liability
THE PRODUCTS AND SITE ARE PROVIDED AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AARTIQ LTD IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM USE OF THE PRODUCTS. Our total liability for paid plans is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
6. Termination
You may stop using the products at any time. We may suspend paid services for non-payment or breach of these terms, with notice where practical.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction in its courts.
